Subject	no cranking problem

Message	took the car to work one day. went to go home and would not crank, just a single click could be heard (relay). tried new relay then a starter. checked and cleaned all connections i could think of (has 13.7 v). beet sitting for 3 weeks now, wanna drive it so bad before fall is over.
